On my recently bought and first Triumph I bled the brakes. The paperwork with the bike showed a fluid change 2 yrs ago and 2 before that. R some murky fluid came out. F clean fluid came out. My question relates to the F and with the bleed nipple being right next to the fluid line entry point obviously the fluid routing inside the caliper allows out the old as fresh is pumped in. So long as their aren’t some tricks with the design of the Nissin calipers then I’ve successfully bled them. What makes me ask as R fluid was old looking and F clean. Previous bike shops forgot to do the R might be the case! These bikes are brilliant and now I understand for myself why they win shootouts ;0)
If it's fitted with abs then you won't get all the older fluid out unless you bleed it with the PC or tablet Sent from my Armor X5 using Tapatalk
