  5. I always liked the idea of a tablet, but the best reason I could ever come up with for getting one was "because it's shiny". Although, I really wished I had one to watch some films on, or something, in the evenings when I was on holiday this summer.

  6. I have an iPad mini. Mine doubles as a phone though. It's called the iPhone.

Had mine for a couple of weeks and I love it. Wife has a normal iPad but the mini is so much lighter I find it way more useable. Even using it for work as well as play.... which i definitely wasn't expecting but it handles it fine!

Jo like mic said above its very light and the perfect size they really thought this out.

Never owned a big iPad. And phone is the 4s.

To be honest I well prefere the mini than my phone. Go into apple store and have a play

  10. I thought it was designed mainly for women so it fits nicely in a bag ;) ;)

  11. I have avoided the ipad syndrome, never saw the point ,so far, though I did buy a Samsung tab 7.7 last yr to run a certain app that was not available on ipad, I like the small tab fantastic screen, but still cant use it as a replacement, to a large screen web browsing, mostly use it for small games and when having a crap :) hence spends it life in the loo

For the price of an iPad mini you can buy a Nexus 7 AND a kindle fire HD.
    Far better value

I looked into the kindle fire hd but went for the mini due to all the apps I have

A good choice I'm so happy with it

  17. i love the ipad mini the only reason why i didn't get it is because it doesn't have an a6chip which means its not equal or faster then my iphone 5 but slower. other than that i like it and got it as a gift for Christmas for a family member.

Mmm, I've decided that after owning my laptop for 7 months, I've charged it 4 times, and used it once, to watch the guy jump from space, and do some windows updates. Clearly I'm not a laptop user. I use my desktop.

So, hopefully I've punted it to my brother for £260.

Now, £260 mmm pop £100 to it and get an ipad 4 retina, or save extra and have the mini? Never really considered the mini, any advise?

I use the ip5 lots for web browsing, clearly not the laptop.

I don't play games, or watch films, nor will I take it out, so no need for the 3/4g model. Wifi will do.

Why am I posting at this time of day!?,
