Header flanges Zard or similar 09-12

Looking for a set of header flanges for a Zard exhaust or any others that will fit.

I have a zard exhaust with round flange ports however I have a 2012 675r with oval flanges.

Have you tried Ian Carson at Speedycom? He was the original Zard importer

 

That's who I got the exhaust off, he is no longer the UK distributor. I have however gone through the new distributor and got some coming. We shall see if they are completely oval or round to oval.

After my discussion today I don't believe you've received them yet.

 

I have ordered some however they haven't arrived, I'm going to chase them up. Delivery time was between 4-6 weeks from ordering

Had to order a Zard myself after my headers gave up and order the oval flanges from Performance Parts.

At least it's all on trade.

 

Looking at the trident headers they are oval to round flanges so I'm hoping the 675 headers are the same

Done some measuring, looks like the Trident adapters are the same dimensions.

 

thats looking positive then for the 675 adaptors

 

I've ordered mine directly from Zard, should hopefully be a quicker turn around.

The next Performance Parts Ltd order for Zard wasn't going in until the middle of the month.

No still waiting I'm away this week so I'm going to chase them up when I'm back, I've emailed them a couple weeks back but they said they haven't had an update

Mine turned up from Italy yesterday. Correct oval bushes but they've sent me the round flanges which don't have the correct spacing for the studs so they're currently with a friend to elongate the holes.

I'll be sending a kind email to Zard in the morning.

 

Are they round to oval or just straight oval ? If they are just oval I'll have to modify my headers

Just for anyone searching for these. The zard flanges come as round to oval

This should fix a few issues with people finding half exhaust systems etc
